Make a shallow cut along the butt crack. Slowly insert the sickle into the anus and tear it to the back of the scrotum. Once you have cut through the testicles, pull out the sickle and turn the blade the other way. It is reinserted into the anus, lifts the pelvis toward the spinal cord, and slits under its own weight. The anus splits vertically and the butt crack opens even wider.
